During my Christian days, I played Christian songs constantly on my guitar.
I belonged to a Christian commune (hour head teacher was Scott Ross) — there, guitarists abounded. The Holy Spirit spoke through their strings and great music filled the air glorifying the Lord and edifying our souls. It was wonderful. Great people. Inspiring music that helped us become one with God. This song reminded me of those days.
I am teaching my 13 year-old son guitar the last few weeks — ah the guitar sings again. I hope he can find ways to let his soul sing!
